OUTCOME / VISUAL SYSTEM

Build an editable AI visual asset system

A controlled visual direction, six finished assets, editable masters and channel-ready variants.

What “finished” contains.

Finished files
  • Six final assets
  • Editable source masters
  • Channel-size variants
  • Reference and rights record
  • Consistency checklist
Smallest honest proof
Use one real campaign and measure how many corrections and minutes are required from first generation to approved asset family.

Four steps to a credible first version.

AI can accelerate production. The route still includes source truth, correction, usability and a final human approval.

  1. Set the visual contract

Define subject, composition, palette, typography, exclusions and the details that must remain true.

  2. Generate and reject

Create controlled variants and remove anything with factual, anatomical, brand or rights problems.

  3. Make the result editable

Rebuild or convert selected work into layers and correct text, spacing, colors and product details.

  4. Prepare the family

Adapt the master for each channel without losing hierarchy, crop safety or source traceability.

Quality gate

  • Text and product facts are correct
  • Editable masters are included
  • Crops preserve the subject and CTA
  • Likeness and commercial rights are recorded
  • The family looks intentionally related

First-version effort

3–7 hours for one complete asset family

Possible starting stack

A current image model, Canva or Figma, owned references and approved brand assets.

QUALITY AND EVIDENCE BOUNDARY

Image volume is not quality. Rights, factual accuracy and buyer value still require human judgment.
