2. Data Jungle Signal processes

• Technical request and security data required to deliver and protect the website.
• Account email and name when an authenticated account experience is used.
• Goals, tool preferences, time, budget and saved signals that you intentionally add to your profile.
• Customer, order, invoice and entitlement data when you buy an access product.
• Optional, structured product-usage events only after consent. Prompts and full route texts are excluded from standard analytics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide accounts and personalised routes, perform contracts and billing, protect the service, comply with legal duties, and improve the beta through optional, structured first-party product feedback. The relevant legal bases are performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in secure service operation, and consent where requested.

4. Service providers

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, server execution and the D1 database. Technical request data can be processed for those purposes.

Stripe

Stripe processes customer, payment, invoice and subscription data when checkout is used. Payment credentials are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by Jungle Signal.

Public website analytics

Jungle Signal does not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or an external audience-tracking tag on the public website. Optional, structured first-party product events remain separate and require an explicit choice inside the product dashboard's Privacy Center.

Supabase authentication

Supabase provides passwordless account authentication. Jungle Signal receives the verified account email and the display name or nickname you provide so the service can identify your account.

5. International processing

Some providers can process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or appropriate contractual safeguards made available by the respective provider.

6. Retention

Account and profile data is kept while your account is active or until deletion is requested, unless a legal duty requires longer storage. Raw optional product events are kept for no more than 90 days. Billing and invoice records are retained for applicable statutory tax and commercial-law periods. Security data is kept only as long as necessary to investigate and prevent abuse.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Contact and deletion requests

Send privacy requests to support@junglesignal.com. Signed-in users can also open the Account Centerto download their saved account data or delete their saved profile and watchlist. Local route drafts and optional analytics data can be managed in the in-product Privacy Center.
