Jungle Signal
OUTCOME / MICRO-APP

Build a focused AI micro-app that completes one useful task

A narrow production-ready first version that a target user can complete without the creator standing beside it.

What “finished” contains.

Finished files
  • Responsive deployed app
  • Useful result and error states
  • Analytics event map
  • Accessibility review
  • Deployment and recovery handoff
Smallest honest proof
Have five target users complete the task without explanation and record where they stop, misread or distrust the result.

Four steps to a credible first version.

AI can accelerate production. The route still includes source truth, correction, usability and a final human approval.

  1. Choose one primary task

Define the input, useful result and next action. Remove features that do not help complete that task.

  2. Build the full state model

Include empty, loading, success, partial, error and recovery states before adding polish.

  3. Connect only necessary data

Minimize personal data, validate every input and keep secrets and privileged actions on the server.

  4. Test with target users

Observe completion on mobile and desktop, keyboard-only and at 200% zoom, then fix every explanation gap.

Quality gate

  • Primary task is obvious in the first viewport
  • Keyboard and 200% zoom work
  • Errors explain recovery
  • Sensitive data is minimized
  • Analytics measure completion without collecting unnecessary content

First-version effort

8–16 hours for a narrow production-ready first version

Possible starting stack

A coding AI, browser testing, hosting, analytics and appropriate security review.

QUALITY AND EVIDENCE BOUNDARY

Generated code is not automatically secure, accessible or maintainable. Real data and payments increase the review standard.
