Withdrawal
This page explains statutory consumer rights. Jungle Signal does not replace or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, send a clear statement to McCallinsights, Dennis McCallin, Im Kampe 7, 38723 Seesen, Germany, or support@junglesignal.com. It is sufficient to send the statement before the period expires.
Immediate digital access
Before paid access begins immediately, checkout asks you to expressly request performance before the withdrawal period expires and to acknowledge the legal consequence applicable to digital content. For services, the statutory conditions for expiry, including full performance where required, remain applicable.
Effects of withdrawal
If a valid withdrawal is made, payments received under the affected contract are returned using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Statutory deductions can apply where you requested that service performance begin during the withdrawal period.
