1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to Jungle Signal products supplied by McCallinsights, Einzelunternehmen, Inhaber Dennis McCallin, Im Kampe 7, 38723 Seesen, Germany.
2. What Jungle Signal provides
Jungle Signal organises evidence about AI changes, presents possible opportunities, and provides personalised execution routes. It is a decision-support and workflow product. It does not provide legal, tax, investment or guaranteed business advice.
3. Founding Beta Pass
The Founding Beta Pass costs €39 once and provides six months of beta access plus five personal route starts. It does not renew automatically. Beta functions, sources and workflows can change as the product is tested, but the paid access duration and purchased route allowance will not be reduced.
4. Signal Membership
Signal Membership costs €9.90 per month or €99 per year. A recurring plan renews for the selected period until cancelled. Cancellation is available through the Stripe customer portal and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
5. Prices, payment and invoices
Consumer prices are final prices. McCallinsights applies the small-business exemption under § 19 UStG and does not show VAT separately. Stripe processes payments and makes invoices or receipts available. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms the successful order and Jungle Signal sends or displays the access confirmation.
6. Accounts and permitted use
Keep account access secure and provide accurate order information. Access is personal unless an offer expressly permits team use. You may not bypass limits, scrape protected areas, disrupt the service, resell account access or use Jungle Signal unlawfully.
7. Evidence and third-party tools
AI products, prices, availability and platform rules change quickly. Jungle Signal identifies evidence and uncertainty but cannot control third-party tools or marketplaces. Time-sensitive facts must be rechecked before material spending or publication.
8. No outcome promise
Opportunities and scores are assessments, not promises of sales, income, reach, ranking or tool access. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to execute a route.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply as described in the withdrawal information. Outside statutory rights and defective performance remedies, Jungle Signal does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee.
10. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during announced beta maintenance or failures of external providers. Liability remains unrestricted where required by law, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. Otherwise, statutory liability rules apply.
11. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of habitual residence.
